Due to regulation changes around public projects being a part of a DOL approved apprenticeship program, the ICA was born. We have worked tirelessly to procure a program for companies to not only be covered under all related DOL regulations, but we are also providing one of the most comprehensive apprenticeship programs in the state at the lowest cost you can find on the market.
The ICA was brought to life through the advice and needs of construction companies looking to comply with their regulatory needs, train their employees, all at a cost that didn’t burden them.
